Myself and 4 excited little ones walk into YUMZ on Ft Apache on Thursday 7/14 at 4:45pm. I thought maybe the store was closed and someone forgot to lock the doors because no one was in there. A few minutes later a young lady with multi colored hair shows up at the counter on her phone. Not one greeting. In the meantime I am trying to get the kids their yogurt however majority and I am not exaggerating, 9 out of their 12 yogurt machines came out either liquidy or just nothing came out all. I informed the young lady and she was shocked why they were all like that. She did some adjustments on the machines and said it would take a minute. I kept on checking and it was not turning fast enough for the little ones..2, 3, 5, & 6yr old do not have that much patience:/ in conclusion, I couldn't take it and we walked out. Disappointed.
