The Downtown Wyndam's staff are rude and have "I don't give a crap" attitudes. They would prefer to text and gossip with their co-workers rather then dealing with the guests. Hands down worst hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Don't even get me started on the cleanliness of the rooms... ugh!! Cleveland is an awesome place to visit. Don't ruin your time with bad attitudes and the feeling you are throwing good money out the window for a place to stay.
