I agree with the reviewers who said the service is going downhill. I used to love going to Erie. Now, I'm going to avoid this place like the plague.
The past couple of times I've been here recently, the baristas were always short & try to rush my order. Not only that, one barista made a remark about what my sister & I ordered. Excuse me, I didn't ask for your opinion! Very rude & couldn't even get our orders right.
I'm sticking with Starbucks, Dunkin, & I'll find another local coffee shop that actually deserves my business.
