I drove an hour from another state just to get my haircut from Min and it was well worth it. As an Asian with thick coarse hair Min knew exactly how to deal with it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and immediately she went to work. She took her time and used various tools to cut my hair to exactly what I was looking for. One pet peeve I have with getting my haircut at other places is leaving with tiny hairs in my collar, ears, or face but after she was done she grabbed a towel and wiped off ALL loose hairs.
