I hired Jessica to provide the flowers for my July 18, 2014 wedding. I can honestly say that my experience ordering flowers was one of my favourite parts of the whole planning process! I know very little about flowers and arrangements, and was nervous about meeting with a florist (I had been seriously considering ordering dried arrangements on Etsy prior to having Willow & Whimsy recommended to me). I met with Jess after-hours in her charming Bridgeland shop for a consultation. She was full of ideas and knew all of the right questions to ask, and I left feeling excited and with my mind at ease about the floral decisions I had made. A couple weeks before the wedding, I had an urgent last minute addition I wanted included in the arrangements. "They're not in season, but we can make it happen," Jess responded. That about sums up Willow & Whimsy. The staff will go above and beyond to "make it happen." Pro tip: you can rent adorable teacup succulents (literally succulents planted in teacups) for your event, and return them after. I was SO excited about that find! This is an aside, but as another reviewer mentioned, the store is ah-dore-able. If you're looking for sweet little handmade gifts/cards, check out this shop.
