it could definitely be argued that i am crazy, however this is not at all a crazy statement: Reathrey Sekong is a top 3 restaurant in the Valley of the Sun
You want a good time? Do these things
order the lemongrass soup. its subtle sublimity will massage you into a state of unconscious bliss
order the student noodles. the flavors (oyster sauce, pork, lime garlic) will jump up, slap you across the face, and then sing to you until you float away on a happiness cloud to happy land and are happy forever
order pleah beef salad. this one is real simple. they describe it as "beef ceviche". yup. no more explanation needed.
finally, order the amok fish. its beauty.
