So I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Pedroso. I called to make an appt. and the lady put me on hold to make sure she was accepting new pregnancy patients... Went through with the appt. so I assumed everything was good and then the day of my appt. they called me to tell me that she wasn't accepting new patients and that I would be seeing a APRN instead! & they will help me find a new doc. Are you kidding me?!
Went in for my appt. and the front desk ladies weren't very welcoming/friendly. The wait was long and then I had to wait even longer to see the provider when I finally got called back. The APRN was very nice and informative, and they gave me a little care package. They also do blood work there on site, so I give them that... BUT they sent my blood work to the wrong lab which I got a bill for. They of all people should know which insurances go to which lab because I work at an urgent care and we have a list that shows what insurances go to what lab.
So overall experience was horrible. I do not recommend this place at all.
