EDIT: While my feelings on this particular store may still be a bit iffy, I can definitely say without a doubt, this company has 100% gone above and beyond fixing my problem. If you do have a broken electronic I would definitely recommend using this company as they care about the experiences of all of their customers. After this review, I was immediately reached out to by a customer service rep and given a full refund. The process couldn't have been smoother. ------------- This was one big headache from start to finish. I went in while I was visiting my parents, hoping to get a quick fix for my phone. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it and I explained the problem to them. They came out and told me that they could get a new battery for my phone to me on the estimated time of December 29. I had to leave a couple days after that and I figured it gave me enough leeway in case it didn't arrive on time. Spoiler Alert: It didn't. I had to leave to go home before it came. it eventually arrived a whole week after the estimated time. This was extremely annoying because if that estimation had been remotely accurate, I wouldn't have bothered with this service in the first place. I called hoping I could ship my battery to a ubreakifix in Canada. They said they could and I was relived. I really really shouldn't have been. They asked what store in Toronto they should ship it to and I said the one in North York. I waited for my battery patiently. Two weeks later I got suspicious and called. They shipped it to North Regina. For those of you not familiar with Canadian geography, North Regina is not even in Toronto. North Regina is in Saskatchewan. That is 3,000 km away from Toronto. Lucky, I called the North York office and they managed to get things fixed quickly and efficiently. Two days later I had my battery. Only to realize that it wasn't even what was wrong with my phone. So glad I went there for a professional opinion. If you want to use ubreakifix, I'd recommend going to any other location besides this one.
