My husband and I moved to Park and Kingston in September 2017. During our apartment search we were drawn to the Southend area. We looked at several complexes, and no other complex beat Park & Kingston's rates. Since moving in, we have had an incredible experience. There is a dog park for our dogs to play in, complimentary coffee and the grounds are always clean and maintained.
Whenever we have a maintenance issue (which has only happened once) it was addressed and fixed quickly. We feel very safe living at Park and Kingston, as key fobs are required to access all areas. An added bonus is the easy access to the light rail. I would highly recommend Park and Kingston for anyone looking for an apartment in Southend or near Uptown!
