If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars for this place I would! I am a previous customer and had nothing but excellent service here! I highly recommended this place for my mother to take her car for regular maintenance, as we all know or have heard, it is hard to trust shops to work on your vehicle. Today my mother dropped her car off for a simple oil change and when I took her to pick it up they charged her for filters that she did not ok for them to change, as these guys already changed it the last oil change she had them do. She refused to pay it and THANK GOODNESS she checked her filters before paying $65 extra dollars because they were filthy and they DID NOT even change them! And to top it off her oil life inside the car was not reset!!! (LETS hope they actually changed her oil!) This is a prime example of car repair shops taking advantage of customers.......WOMEN especially! CHECK YOUr CAR BEFORE PAYING FOR ANYTHING HERE!
