My wife and I bought a car there on 02/20/17. Horrible experience. First off when Autonation prides themselves in a no haggle experience they should honor that. For us that was not the case. Sales managers Ross, Dallas and Johan is the perfect example of your sleaze ball sales managers. For a no haggle price and when we went to purchase the vehicle the sales management team tried to throw a $399.00 charge for window tint. When the window tint was a standard feature on the vehicle. Quickly addressed and mentioned that this is suppose to be haggle free. It was finally removed. And then had to deal our trade in. All I have to say is go to the autonation website and get your vehicle appraised if you dont agree with the appraisal. We did that and Johan was not happy that we are trying to be a well informed consumer. If my wife didn't want her vehicle so badly we would have walked and found a different vehicle. At end of the day this dealership is not up to standards of the autonation name and hopefully after our complaint there will be proper training and ot removal of sales management. On a positive finance was great and helped smooth out the 2 day ordeal of trying to buy a vehicle. Antonio is a great sales rep and felt bad he was put in the middle.
