The mirror on my bathroom cabinet door came loose and shattered. They put in a new mirror and glued it in assuring me it would hold this time. It began to come loose, I took it back before it could fall and break. They wanted me to sign a waver agreeing to pay for a new mirror should they break the old one in addition to the re-installation cost . I was informed that it might have been a bad batch of glue that is not their responsibility and this is standard policy. The cost would have been greater than the original job. They certainly do not warrant their work nor take responsibility for their actions. Use them if you wish. Job done inadequately, refusal to correct. Your money...
