Let's be honest their prices on the merchandise aren't the most competitive and they don't claim to be. Having said that they are relatively well stocked and have everything .. almost everything you can need. The staff is relatively friendly and not pushy on sales.
I say relatively cuz I had one pushy sales guy who recommended a pretty crappy tasting product. Agreed it is very subjective and so it may not be the case to everyone but it is what it is.
The shake bar has always been a hit and the gals and guys who have made my drink have always been very cordial and very attentive. The shakes have always been spot on and definitely makes for a better meal option than the food at most places. I think they offer a fair value for their price and highly recommend it
4 stars overall and with a little more competitive pricing this will be a 5 star location for the franchise. If you want an indicator of how good it is the shake bar at the gym across the street is always empty!
