I super want to love this place. The cookies are amazing but the delivery service through Grubhub was a hot mess. I was already apprehensive about ordering because it was scheduled to take An hour to get to us but yolo. So we ordered. The receipt via email said it would take an hour at the most. Ok fine. Netflix to the rescue. But then an hour went by. We called to check the status and we got a call center person who said they'd call the driver. Hung up on me instead. So we called back. The same person said they'd call again and then call us back. Never happened. So we called again. This time it was fine I guess. The cookies got here. They were great. I wish we hadn't tipped bc it was a rough delivery process. And it was over an hour past the latest time we were initially told. I wish there was a stand alone location. I'd totally drive to get it to avoid the delivery process.
