I came in on Saturday and Jessica said we close in an hour, so we don't have time to open an account for you today, but make an appointment for Monday and you won't have to wait. I made an appointment for 10 am Monday and then came to my scheduled appointment and still waited until 11am for someone to help me, even though they helped other people that came in after me. Roosevelt was very friendly and he did good job, so I give him props. However, the teller after I opened an account put the wrong denomination in savings and checking even though I told him over three times. Now, I have to go back, to fix it, ugh!!! Not impressed!!!
