She answered the phone as we walked in and proceeded to take a Togo order for the next 5 minutes. Mind you, I work in the hospitality industry- I can understand a busy night. So we waited. Well when she got off the phone- she picked it up again and started a whole new order. With out even saying hello or acknowledging us at all!
