"If less than 1 star was an option, I would give that! \n\nPositives: The pieces of furniture that we did receive were beautiful, and exactly what we wanted \n\nNegatives: Everything else. Customer service is far from existent. We purchased our furniture 8/26 and was told 10-14 day turnaround. At 21 days later, we still had no furniture and no update. In all of this fiasco, i was the one constantly having to chase down the owner for an update. The day the furniture was supposed to be delivered, owner had a \"emergency trip\" come up. Which is understandable, but didn't bother letting me know this. 2 days pass, she returns. No communication as usual - again I'm chasing her down to find out an update. Finally get a delivery day....the truck is in an accident (which is also understandable) However, I was never informed that there were multiple stops so I sat waiting around for over an hour before contacting her for an update, and I was told about the accident. Week passes, pieces have to be looked at by insurance all of which again, I learned from constantly asking for updates. Finally get 4/5 pieces. The last piece I was told only needed minor touch ups. Another week passes, and I'm told the insurance has totaled the piece. Not sure how you go from minor repair to totaled but okay. I opted for a refund, not knowing the next nightmare that would ensue. Almost 4 weeks and a dispute with my bank over a refund check that was never sent. This nightmare is over. I wish she ran a better business...\n\nSo if you have the best patience, don't care about lack of communication and constantly feeling like you're harassing the owner to get your furniture (or heaven forbid a refund) this is the place to do business with\n\nUpdate - After the dispute was filed, a check finally received that was never actually sent and had to be picked up. I'm being threatened with a lawsuit and charges if the dispute isn't cancelled. It was cancelled 2 weeks prior. Don't waste your time here. HORRIBLE business!"^^ . . . . "1"^^ .
