It's Friday, December 19, 2014, also payday for many, and I've been standing in line for 30+ minutes just to deposit cash into an account. There was only one merchant teller and teller, and three greeters to say \"Hello\" to the enormous line that continued to grow. One of the greeters happened to notice a returning customer (non account holder) to cash a check. She happened to know he frequently cashes his checks at the bank, yet not open an account (nothing wrong with the) and she began hassling this man for not being an account holder (the greeter wearing the pink open toed heels with bows). The man was clearly not interested and she kept talking down on him and upsetting this customer. After working at a bank, I found her behavior unprofessional. Also, I did not find her behavior or work habits purposeful for every person in line was previously greeted with purpose from another greeter. Being a lead teller (my assumption) she could have been helping people process their inquiries. In addition, I feel awfully apologetic for the bankers for there was not much they could have done, but my question is: \"Where was the supervision on this particular Bank of America employee?\" In addition to waiting in nline for an unreal amount of time, I was able to get caught up on my Yelp reviews, including this one.
