. . "Made a trip home for the first time in 3 years. I was surprised to see that the conversion of the old auto mall had been completed already. This hotel was conveniently located between the main sites I'd be visiting so I thought I'd give it a try.\n\nNice set up, clean, spacious room with nice amenities. The grills and firepits were an especially nice touch. Wi-fi and lobby computer were plenty fast, hotel was very busy with some athletic event in town but the noise level was still very tolerable.\n\nPlenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Campus is literally just a few minutes away. Plenty of parking, well lit.\n\nOnly negative, and it certainly wasn't a deal-breaker but the night clerk was quite cold. We flew in from California and had endured 13 hours of travel prior to check in. The day we checked in, it was hot and super humid. We were spent.\n\nThe check in went okay but a few times we asked questions at the desk and the young lady while professional, seemed like she'd rather stick a fork in our heads than answer a simple question.\n\nI'd always give someone the benefit of the doubt in case they were just having a bad day but it happened about 3 times that week. Not looking for a best friend, but please try to make weary travellers feel welcome.\n\nWe would still be back though. We're from California so we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable room rate. Very good bang for the buck.\n\nService C\nParking A \nCleanliness A\nLighting A \nNoise A \nWi-fi A\nPool A\nBed B \nAmenities A\nRoom size B \nLocation A\nDistance from Airport A\nTemperature control B \nRoom rate A"^^ . .
