When I brought up concerns with the car after the test drive, he dismissed my concerns with a wave of his hand and a condescending voice. I almost walked out but gave Wendy a second chance.\n\nWhile waiting, the salesman in the next cubicle was railroading a customer on the phone to come in. \"I can't discuss a deal on the phone, you need to be here, when can you come down? No, we can't discuss numbers on the phone, when can you come down?\" I call BS! I've bought a car over the phone before - talk price, work a deal, come down to sign the deal.\n\nWhen Wendy came back with the deal it was absurd. They were off by thousands, many thousands. Plus they obscure everything and only show the payment, hiding the sales price, trade-in value, financing terms, etc. \n\nThe car I was looking at was not well cared for by its previous owner(s). Essentially, it was crap, just like my experience at this place."^^ . . "1"^^ .
