"I called a week ago to let them know of many defects in the right shoe that I purchased from them early in the year, they told me that they would give me a credit for the last known price towards a new shoe purchase. Today, I go to the store for them to tell me that after 6 months, they can't do anything for me. Had they told me this over the phone, I would not have gone out of my way to make the trip. This is not the first time they have had defects in their shoe, the previous shoe was exchanged after 3 weeks as it was defective also. \n\nThere were no smiles, or apologies from the staff. Just stared at me and said there was nothing they could do. Interesting service for a loyal customer of over 7 years.\n\nThe service is poor at the Bayview Village location, the quality of these shoes has gone down over the years, and I was very disappointed at my visit today. I think the defective New Balance shoes will be the last pair I will own in my lifetime.
