Once in the chair, and numbed up, the hygienist says \"oops, your insurance only covers two quadrants per visit, you will have to come back\". \n\nI feel this should have been caught and communicated far before I was ever in the chair. The practice had my insurance since the first visit. At the first visit they were able to quote me the out of pocket price for the procedure, so it's hard for me to believe they didn't know I would have to have two appointments for this specific procedure. \n\nAll the bells and whistles don't make up for actual customer service."^^ .
