"Our house in Phoenix is old and sits atop a crawl space.\nOur crawl space had become the gathering spot for the local\nferal cats in the neighborhood. And, there are a LOT of feral cats\nin our neighborhood! They rule.\nIn addition to a nice place to stay cool in the heat, one kitty decided\nit would also be a nice place to have her new baby kittens. \nSadly, the mother cat died under the house. The smell, \nseeping up into the house, was horrendous. \nThe situation was awful. We could not locate the dead\ncat by looking in with a flashlight. Small kittens were stuck\nunder the house, and would not come out. And, again, that smell!!\nAfter a half dozen calls (and a half dozen \"sorry - we don't do that\" ), one company recommended Joe at Lonewolf Wildlife & Pest Specialists. \n We called Joe. He came that day. He could not find the dead cat with\nthe first visual inspection. I was in a panic that we were going to need\nto start ripping up flooring from above to locate the carcass.\nBut, he was very confident and reassuring. He said \"I WILL get that cat.\"\n He came back with what I call the \"haz-mat\" suit. He suited and gloved up,\nwith mask, and with flashlight and rake bellied into our crawl space.\nYou can only get around the space by crawling on your belly, like a soldier.\nHe had to go far into the crawl space, but he located the kitty carcass (covered with flies and other insects), bagged it, and removed it. He then sprayed the area with a disinfectant. This was one VERY NASTY job.\nAfter that, he set up a one-way chute-type thing (kittens can get out, but not back in) at the crawl space entrance for the kittens to get out. They are slowly coming out.\n Joe did a job that no one else would do, and one that would make a lot of people sick.\nHe was very competent and professional. \n My husband, in talking to Joe, was so impressed with his knowledge of pesticides that we have now hired him as our regular pest control guy. Good guy, honest, knowledgeable, and good prices. I highly recommend this business and Joe."^^ . .
