I feel like I'm the person out of all of the 4 and 5 star people that got the crap end of the deal. My 55in LG TV went out.. just out of nowhere. Worked fine for 4 years, never one issue. I paid like $2k for this TV back then, and it's a sweet LED 3D TV. It just stopped working. I took it there, and I ended up calling them 2 days later b/c I didn't hear back to see what the issue was. They said it was a main frame board and they needed to find that part to fix it. They had my TV for 2 weeks. Not kidding. I had to keep texting and calling them b/c they really weren't giving me any info first. Finally they said they found the part, it was mailed to them, they got it, and it was wrong. Wish I knew the whole story there. They said we can keep it a few more days and try to find the part. I said fine. The cost would be like $320 for the part and labor -- which is a LOT when you can get a 40-50in LED TV now for like $400 new w/ a warranty. But alas, I told them to keep looking why not. I had to call them back, they said they can't find it they don't make it anymore. I went online and there are TONS of TV parts for 55\" LG TV's on ebay. Even main boards. So I don't know where all they looked etc, but I find it hard to believe in today's world you can't find a main board for a TV that they still make brand new. It's odd to me. So after paying a cable bill for a TV I didn't have for over 2 weeks, I said forget it and bought a new TV w/ an extended warranty. Maybe everyone else loves this place, but man I had a pretty bad experience and wish I would have tried someplace else. I might have a working LG 55\" TV if I did."^^ . . "2017-05-22T00:00:00"^^ . .
