After they changed the chef about a year and a half ago the quality of food and presentation has been going down the drain. This last visit has done it for me and I wish I took pictures of the dishes because the words just won't describe it.\nWe started with the lobster bisque which was too brown and had caramelized sugar taste to it. It used to be by far my favorite soup but this time I could not finish it because of the strange tart aftertaste after each spoon...it tasted overcooked and too sweet.\nI had the scallops and shrimp and my husband had the lamb chops. The scallops came with the couscous that had raisins in it giving it a sweet taste and the scallops came grilled or fried with butter sauce and oversalted. The scallops and couscous did not go together well at all and the way it was presented was underwhelming as well. The scallops were laid out around the what seemed to have been just a pile of couscous. I did not finish it either ..weird combination of sweet raisins in the couscous and salty buttery shrimp did nothing for me. I would expect this in the restaurant by the road at a $15 dollar price not $44 in a supposedly world class restaurant.\nMy husband's lamb chops came with the same couscous and a pile of green beans (and I mean a pile) ...the presentation was non-existent. He ordered them medium rare and they came out dry, with too much paprika and too much salt, usually the signs of disguising the low quality meat. \n\nWe have paid over $150 for what we felt was worth $50 tops. The service was good no complaints there but whole experience ruined by mediocre food.\n\nWe will not be going back for the food. The view is amazing but save your money on the food and go have an amazing dinner at Paris - Eiffel Tower or La Cirque at Bellagio both have amazing views and amazing food and service."^^ . "0"^^ .
