"Let's make this long story short\n\nPreface: Its August in Las Vegas NV aka HOT \n\nDay 1: My AC went out and I immediately put a request in to my home warranty. \n\nDay 2: Doctor cool came out to the house, evaluated what was wrong, and said they would be back to fix it the following day between 2 and 6pm. \n\nDay 3: I sat in my very hot house from 2-6 and no one showed up! \n\nDay 4: Dr. Cool blames the home warranty\n\nDay 5: Resolved the home warranty issue Dr. Cool rescheduled for the next day \n\nDay 6: Dr cool decides they don't have the right size part they need...why wasn't that figured out on day 2? but they can overnight the part \n\nDay 7: part did not arrive \n\nDay 8: part did not arrive, hummm this has been a long overnight \n\nDay 9: part still has not arrived but I'm assured it will be into their warehouse tomorrow \n\nDay 10: part arrived and it's in the warehouse!!! However the manager tells me and I quote \"the warehouse guys are ass holes and didn't remind me that the warehouse is closed on Saturdays!\" That was professional...from all angles. \n\nDay 10 continued... he has an ill-fitting part he can just put on today so he can at least get the AC functioning and officially fix it two days from now. AHHHH was that an option this whole time? \n\nDay 10 continued continued: my house is cool again! \n\nDay 11: cool house, ill-fitting part in place \n\nDay 12: guy can't make it to put new part on today \n\nDay 13: he puts new fancy expensive part in and my AC is now so loud it sounds like my house is preparing for lift off \n\nto be continued..."^^ .
