I stated we wouldn't make the new appointment time and that I may have to find another place.\nThe employees response was \"there's other places down the street\".\nUnreal to me. Not so hard to just apologize and say we needed to make a change.\nI hope their management can address and ensure better communication in the future for their customers."^^ . .
