"Our food was terrible, we did not eat it, and we still had to pay for one of the entrees?? That's bad customer business. We visit BLD often in last 5 years, and we were super disappointed with our recent dinner experience on Friday. Something is not right....\nArrived 7pm, no hostess, only a few servers and tables. We sat at bar. Bartender was the Manager on duty. Very nice guy, served drinks quickly.\nOrdered dinner even though our \"gut\" told us to have a drink only and go elsewhere for food. Ordered a burger and salmon risotto. Burger was bloody raw inside (turning the bun red with blood, btw he never asked how we wanted it cooked), and it had incorrect garnishes. Salmon was crispy black burnt, and risotto was sitting in a pool of oil. We took 3 bites of each entree and were done. Manager kindly offered to fix it or buy us an appetizer or dessert, but we weren't interested and just wanted the 2 meals we didn't eat removed from our bill. Instead only the burger was taken off the check and we still had to pay for the most expensive entree, the salmon. We walked to a different place nearby for dinner.\nWe will give BLD another try because we have loved it for the past 5 years. I hope this was just an off night for them."^^ . "1"^^ . "3"^^ .
