Luckily, the hard drive and all her contents were okay and intact, and Peter and his team transferred them into the same model Mac that we had lost. \n\nThe operation took a couple of hours but it was successful and that's what it matters the most.\nFrom writing this review I've realized two things: 1. Wife needs to take better care of our electronics cause I've been to Neon way too many times, and 2. Neon has quite some decent prices. If people complain that their prices are too high, try taking your phone or computer to an Apple store and have them do the same service, then you'll know what high is.\n\nWife is happy, I am happy...would definitely call these guys if I ever encounter similar problems."^^ .
