I cancelled my membership TWICE and they continued to charge my card after I was told it would be taken care of. I was told in person that my membership would be cancelled and I would not have to do anything further from that point on. I was charged only to call this office and speak to a rude girl saying they only did written cancellations. I was never told this in person when I cancelled. \n\nI emailed them 6 times, called 12, and went in person 4 to try to resolve the issue. I still have yet to hear a response and it has been over 2 weeks. Everyone I spoke to was rude and inconsiderate, and I doubt I will be hearing back from anyone anytime soon. \n\nI literally had to call my bank, block the charges, and dispute the charge. All because of their horrible customer service. I work in customer service, and I cannot even imagine not answering an email within 24 hours. \n\nI do not recommend Body Heat Tanning if you ever plan on cancelling during your life."^^ .
