The grounds are well kept, the apartments are nice, the other tenants are friendly, etc.  One of the main reasons I love this place so much is the staff.  Everyone is super friendly and they have gone above and beyond on several occasions.  My only minor complaint is guest parking...I have an apartment near the back of the complex and there is not much guest parking available there in the evenings.
