The only reason he has 5 star reviews for Ideal Physician Weight Loss is because they posted something in the office about rating them 5 stars for free B12 shots so is it really honest feedback? I came in because I was referred to go there by a friend who gets Botox at Ideal Physician and she knew I wanted to get my boobs done. I've gone to a couple other consultations and this would be my last and worst visit. I felt ridiculed the entire time I was in his office. They had me weigh myself for whatever reason and as soon as he walked in he told me I was over weight and would need to lose about 12 pounds to be at an \"ideal weight.\" At first I thought he was going to try to sell me on a diet plan since this is afterall, a weight loss facility but, he kept pointing out where my fat is and all I wondered was what this had to do with breast augmentation? I took my boyfriend with me out of comfort of another man looking at my breast. Mind that it was himself, his assistant, my boyfriend and me in a small room. He made me stand up with nothing on but my pants and starting pinching my skin everywhere and pointing out where I held the most fat. I felt like he talked to my boyfriend more than me. He told my boyfriend \"as soon as you get her to workout she can lose the weight and have an hourglass shape\" I was appalled but I held my composure to listen into what he had to say. I left in tears. I am 24 years old at 5' 5\" weighing 145lbs. I diet and excercise 5-6x a week and limit myself to one cheat meal per week. I lift weights for the most part and do 30 minutes of cardio at least 3x a week. Seeing that he couldn't see how hard I work on my body already, killed my self esteem. I hold muscle mass and that's where most of my weight is. As a professional, he should have been able to see and know that muscle weighs more than fat but to be told that I am overweight and should lose some weight to get \"an hourglass shape\" was overwhelming and unprofessional. This isn't my only complaint either. I also kept asking for pictures of past patients that he has had for breast augmentation but was told that they couldn't get those for me until my next visit because those patients were at another facility and he couldn't take those with him? This hurt my trust with him. Also, he had another patient after me and rushed out of my room. Someone kept knocking on my door to get Dr. Villares attention and he just told me that his assistant would answer the rest of my questions and left. (Which she still had to go back to him to get some answered for me) They also wanted me to come in for a second consultation to answer more questions, show me those pictures I asked for, and to wear a less padded bra and a tighter shirt. They should have told me to wear this when I booked my first consultation! It's no wonder this place has had an extremely low cost special for breast augmentation for $3995. I much rather pay the extra $3k and be treated like an actual human being. Go to Alex Villares if you want to be talked down to. This was my absolute worst experience and I will never go back again. He lost me, and the person who referred me after I told her what had happened. After speaking with who I chose to do my breast augmentation, he disagreed with most of the comments Dr. Villares had to say about my shape and type of implant I should do. I did my research and here's an even better reason to not see him and see how untrustworthy he really is. http://gls.azmd.gov/GLSuiteWeb/Repository/0/0/9/3/40178364-0a3a-4e59-b2ce-707f4591601b.pdf"^^ .
