"My letter to the theater says it all...\n\nMy husband and I visited your theater for the first time \nlast night and unfortunately, our experience was not that great. While waiting in line, the people in front of us had an issue with a promotion of some sort and the clerk had to call the manager over, unfortunately the manager had a very poor attitude towards the clerk and reprimanded her in front of the whole line. The clerk was understandably upset and our customer service suffered because of it. I feel that this would have been far better handled behind closed doors at end of shift for all involved. Honestly it put our date night off to a stressful start and we didn't appreciate being made a part of it. So, on to concessions. We ordered a drink, popcorn and 2 candies, the same manager was now in concessions and grabbed our cup, filled it up just over 3/4 of the way and set it down quite hard, obviously she was still upset. We kindly asked the clerk that was ringing us up to please fill it up the rest of the way and he did, and apologized, he had great customer service, unfortunately though, he gave us the wrong candy which we didn't realize until we were in our seats so my husband had to go all the way back to exchange it. On the positive side, your seats are amazing! The guy who came in and cracked some jokes before the movie was great too. Here was my biggest issue of the night, I froze, the whole movie, I was so cold that I was balled up holding myself through the whole entire movie. I kept waiting for the air to shut off, it never did, I was miserably cold for the whole entire movie. I have never been so cold at a movie in my life, as we were leaving, I was telling my husband this and another patron chimed in and agreed saying \"I was cold the whole time too, it was rediculous, they're keeping it way too cold in here!\" So, in closing, you're theater is great, but your staff could use a few lessons in good customer service, and please turn the air down!"^^ . . .
