Service was scheduled to be installed yesterday Friday June 5 with a window time of 12pm-230pm. Of course 230pm came and NO TECHNICIAN and NO CALL whatsoever. I call the Century Link number to find out what's going on. Im already frustrated that the tech is not here now I am on the phone waiting nearly 30 minutes after being transferred twice only to find out the tech is running behind schedule so they are sending another tech and OH the install will take 4-5 hours!!!! I immediately said NO way it's after the scheduled time this is not what I expected! Today June 6 I am on the phone trying to cancel my order....someone e answered the phone within 2 minutes..I get Lori and tell her to CANCEL my order!! Im on the phone for about 10min only for her to tell me she cant cancel it and now she has to transfer me to another rep....i am now.on the phone with Brenda it is going on 38 min of holding because she keep saying there is a lock on my account so she needs to contact the back office WTH!!!! I cannot wait to be done with this.company it is such a headache i.did NOT need in my life! Sometimes you just gotta spend the extra money for better service!!!
