It looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned in years. The Restroom would gag a maggot. Dried Ketchup on the walls. Ordered the Prime burger and it took 30 minutes to receive. The waitress told me after it came that it takes 30 minutes to cook! I did receive a phone call from the manager and we had a frank discussion. He promised me they were going to clean up. I will do a follow up soon to see if there are any changes."^^ . .
