"2010-03-30T00:00:00"^^ . "I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT GO TO FOX!!!!!! I've never experienced such a shady, unfair business in my life. I originally booked online because their rates were much cheaper than any of the national brands and even though I'd never heard of them (living in the midwest) I figured I'd give them a try. \n\nWhen we walked into the rental car complex at the airport, Fox had a line that was a mile long. And it moved extremely slow. We stood in live for well over an hour and the whole time I was getting an uneasy feeling, but decided to stick it out even as people ahead of me in line were jumping ship and moving to other rental car agencies. When it was finally our turn and we were going through the process, Fox told me it was going to be about double what I had been quoted online. I was slightly outraged and showed him my confirmation receipt, but he went on to say all the extra charges that they have, etc, etc. They also have this clever little way of getting you to buy their insurance. Normally I never do as my own car insurance covers me in rental, but at Fox not only are you responsible for the damages that my insurance company would cover, but you have to continue to pay the rental fee each day the car is out of commission while it is in the shop being fixed. There was no way I was going to chance that because knowing this company they could turn a minor scratch into a month long repair.\n\nPlay it safe and stick to the big guys. It is much cheaper."^^ . . . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . "16"^^ .
