Tonight I had the other half of my vegan burger ( good burger) and decided to throw it in the toaster oven so that the bread would stay crispy. \n   Great decision the sandwich held up to reheating. The bread wasn't soggy at all. As a matter of fact the sandwich soaked in all the different flavored of hummus feta and pepper jack cheese and was just as good if not better the second day.
