Instead of apologizing she just asked me what I would like her to say. I'm not sure if she does this to all students or not. it's not very helpful to be that way when you have no idea what someone with a disability could go through because of her poor customer service. it makes students feel uncomfortable even coming in to take the test. if this is how she treats students how can you expect them to succeed?"^^ . . . .
