I have to say the experience is the same. I spent hours in there haggling and negotiating to buy a used vehicle for $50k. They bragged about their vehicle inspections and when the radio-navigation didn't work, my salesperson had no answer other than I can bring it back and have someone look at it. To make things worse, after I bought it and drove it home that night. I heard a noise coming from underneath the car. I work in the industry so I checked it out the next day and replaced the parts it needed. I notified my salesperson of my extreme displeasure. I also explained to him that I fixed the radio-navigation myself by replacing a fuse. I doubted the depth and integrity of the vehicle inspections they claim all used vehicles go through. Clearly a dead radio with no screen is a problem that needs attention? How do you miss that? To try and end my displeasure I asked that they only reimburse me for the part I replaced and I would be happy. My salesperson stated email me a copy of the receipt and I will get back to you. I called once and he told me they were working on it. It's been months since I purchased the vehicle and have heard nothing. Very disappointed with their customer service. Buyers beware and make sure you get everything in writing! Once you sign the paperwork they don't care!\nIt's been 10 months now since I bought my car and I wonder why a representative from this dealer never tried to contact me to ask questions. They must not care about my yelp review. Wow..."^^ .
