I came in to purchase a wonderful lamp and left with (apparently) my order ready. They don't have any stock on hand here, which was a bit of a surprise, so expect to wait a few weeks for your order. Mine was going to be 6-8. All the store had to do was contact my designer to confirm my discount after I left. Two weeks later, I followed up with the designer to ask if everything was fine. She hadn't heard from them. She followed up. A number of back and forth emails over the next couple of weeks and finally I get a phone message saying I need to provide my credit card information for the order to be placed! One month after I walked in. When I wrote to complain about my experience and indicate I had no intention of proceeding further, I received a \"With all due respect, Sir ...\" email which basically said, this is they way we do things, it's not my fault, we tried\" .... I'm afraid I won't walk in there again. Spoke to my designer and she found the same lamp for me at the same price elsewhere. The dealer contacted me, sent me the necessary forms and I pick it up next week. That's how you run a business."^^ . "0"^^ .
