There was a 5-10 minute wait which is fine but then I sat in the chair for 10 minutes with water that was getting cold. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt because they are busy, I chose to stay. Not once or twice but 3 times the tech stopped to check and text on her phone. I called her out and asked, \"why are you on your phone?\" With her looks of confusion, I repeated and asked, \" this is supposed to be relaxing and you are on your phone. This is the third time on your phone and that doesn't count the time you randomly walked out the back door to order food.\" I was not raising my voice or giving attitude. The tech next to mine told her no phone. I would have walked out but I was half way with my toes done which would have looked weird. \n\nAt the end of the service, I asked for her boss/ manager. I was not looking for free service but some sort of we will handle this type of behavior. They came over and I explained everything on the service and said it was poor customer service from the tech. He said, \"she knows little English.\" I'm sorry but no phone should be standard in any language when providing service. That was his only comment, again and again. I paid for my service and left.\n\nI will not return to this salon. You shouldn't return or go either."^^ . "0"^^ .
