Very similar to a lot of other reviews seen here (many hidden), I was continuing to be charged without any scheduled deliveries/reminders to deliver. While that may have been an oversight on my end, the way it has been handled since has been extremely unprofessional. It has been mind blowing to me how horrible the customer service has been. I have never had an experience like this before with a company.\n\nThe saga has been going on since mid-September, when I initially emailed about cancelling and was told I wouldn't be able to get my money back, but could still receive my beers. The explanation for not being able to get a refund was that they buy the beers immediately after payment, and put together a crate just for me. When I asked what happened if I held off on deliveries (in this case for 5 months), and if I would be getting old beers, I was reassured that wouldn't happen.\n\nFast forward to today, after 2 months of back and forth, I finally received my 5 month supply worth of beers. To my great surprise (sike), many are well past their \"best by\" and bottled dates. When brought to their attention, they offered to swap the specific number of beers out, and questioned my intelligence by suggesting that maybe I was interpreting the dates incorrectly. Needless to say, this is STILL an ongoing issue with their customer service.\n\nI guess I will attribute the 1 star I am forced to give to their delivery guy, who was nice to my dog."^^ . . "1"^^ .
