I chose it because it was advertised on the Frigidaire website as an authorized service dealer, a man came to see the fridge and said it was the water valve. I later paid half in advance for the part and the other half was to get paid once completed. \nA different person came to install valve and when tested it, it didn't work. He then said that it must have been the filter and instructed me to order a filter and then when I got it to call them to come and check and pay the balance; even though I always change the filters as needed.\nI said to him basically they told me it was something else and ordered something and I paid half for something I didn't need (the valve), I said \"you can take it if you want\" and I would ask for refund. He said: no you do need it. I was like ok.\nThen I called the company to talk about this, because I was upset I was told one thing and that was not what it was wrong and I did not want to pay for a part I didn't need and they ordered. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. She would not let me talk and hung up on me.\nI felt so disrespected and pretty much ROBBED. \n\nI as a customer deserve respect. I was not disrespectful or rude and she was so rude and not professional. I don't get how you stay in business like this and I hope you either improve your service or go out of business because #1 your techs obviously do not know what they're doing and #2 that is not the way to handle an unsatisfied customer."^^ .
