I typically love marriot properties but, upon waking up I noticed I had bites all over my body that progressively got worse throughout the day. I brought to the attention of the hotel and after several days finally got a response from Tammy Brewer. As a customer I felt like I was being blamed for the bites and they had a new hotel no way I got them from the hotel. After many emails and asking for a refund was the least they could do for me I finally was given it. The response stated we don't normally give refunds but in this case I will. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. I stay in champaign over 10 times a year and am said to say I will not be staying at this property again. I work wth children and new clients weekly I don't like explaining I woke up from a hotel with a million bug bites. They look disgusted and I feel the same way too!"^^ . . "0"^^ . .
