"I am far from an expert in the art of Sushi\nhowever, I will do my best for this review of Hyakumi.\n\nI, along with the rest of our group was very impressed with the sushi at Hyakumi.\nWe selected the California roll, Spicey Tuna roll,\n the Vegetable roll and theRainbow roll.\nAll were excellent....\n\nAfter viewing the Dragon roll and Tiger roll being delivered to the next table I wished we had ordered those two as well\nThey were amazing looking and I see why they are listed on the menu as a specialty rolls.\nThey really looked special......\nawesome actually ..\n\nThe real treat for me during the evening was the chance to taste the sampler tray\nof three Sake selections....\nthe first was Hoyo -\"Kura no Hana\" the second- Masumi - \"Yumedono\"\nthe third Dewazakura \" Daiginjo\".....\nTotally enjoyable.\n\nThe service was supurb, and the servers were very patient with us,\nthey could obviously see that we were total \"rookies\" when it comes to ordering sushi.\n\nThe only slight negative to the evening was the table we were placed was right by the stairs leading up to Hyakumi, only a few feet off the walkway in the casino. \nIt did not really give you the same feeling as dining inside.\nIt did not, however, take away from the enjoyment of the Sushi.\n\nExpensive, but well worth a visit.\nI'll be back for the Dragon roll \n and the Tiger roll."^^ .
