"11"^^ . "The absolute worse customer service. Twice I was given a 4 hour window for delivery and showed up 6 hours later. Second time the Rep advised me my window was between 9 and 1. At one I called the Rep who realized she made a mistake and would do absolutely nothing to accommodate me. Asked to speak to the manager and he was worse. When I said I would not buy anymore appliances, the manager hung up on me. They never showed up for delivery until 3 p.m. They also have a tracking advice that changes your window of time.
