It is disappointing to leave this review as I having been satisfied with Hilton brand hotels. In summary, I would not recommend staying here unless you get a extremely low price and strictly going to the game and no other options are available.\n\nPros:\n-Front desk staff during evening check-in was cheerful and helpful\n-large suite with mini fridge & coffeemaker\n\nCons:\n-room directly across laundry room with no door. Who thought this was good idea?\n\n-sink was clogged. If the sink was cleaned properly after last guest, this could not have been missed.\n\n-bathroom counter had some grey gooey stuff on it.\n\n-extremely outdated (see pics-even mercury thermostat instead of electronic, old carpet with stains and smell, old a/c units that rattle when on, etc). This room needs major TLC.\n\n-breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the quality is far below the quality of even sister hotels Hampton Inn which provides complementary breakfast were is this is $11.95 plus tip. Also, monetary it is not a big deal so I didn't ask for a refund, but an unauthorized tip of about $1 was added to my room charge for breakfast. Weird. As I mentioned, not a bank breaker, and normally, I would leave a lot more than that anyway, but this being cafeteria style (you sit, serve yourself) and after I had a very unpleasant experience with service there (not detailed above), I was making a statement. \n\n-3 minutes before my scheduled pick-up by Hotel shuttle at 8:30am front desk staff (different from the ones that scheduled my pick-up/drop off locations evening before) called my room to tell me that shuttle doesn't go to my drop off location. I said it must be a mistake as during reservation and previous evening the front desk staff indicated this is included in their drop off location. I checked the website which confirmed my location to be within their advertised drop off parameters. However, hotel staff on the phone would not budge. I said it was bad timing as this should have been resolved previously not 3 minutes before my scheduled shuttle departure. The hotel staff said: \"well, I am telling you now\". Also, I checked the map in detail, and my location was only 1 block from where Hilton van could go, so they could have easily at least could offer to drop me off where they could with option to walk 1 block. \n\n-paid parking, but no security or valet."^^ .
