The technician was on site within 3 hrs. With the needed parts. Within an hour he had the repair done. As I started laundry on the Saturday I noticed a small leak. Called them back They returned on a Sunday to correct the leak. 10 minutes later solved. They did not charge for the second visit. It turned out that it was my fault. Not the repair.
