I bought dog food here only because the only other place to buy it is a long drive away. As I was paying, I saw a dog shivering to death in the bath. They only have one dog grooming station, and there was a dog getting cut on it. I told the young lady the dog was shivering, as it's freezing here today and she replied, that the dog was in warm water, which isn't relevant, cuz the dog was shaking. Cold or terrified, I'd never not comfort this dog."^^ .
