I didn't feel like going to my regular gym, but I knew I wanted a quick cardio/resistance workout and I knew I would get that here. Mason was the teacher for this most recent class. Every class I have attended here has been a little different. We started with a short warm up and then Mason explained each exercise and station before we were broken into groups. He also gives beginner or advanced reps and modifications. \n\nOn this night it was five stations for a total of seven minutes each with the reps/exercises lasting a minute. So if you finished in 45 seconds you had 15 seconds to rest before it was time to go again. At the end of seven minutes it was on to the next station. There were four people in my group so about 20 people in class total. I think that's a good number. On some of the previous classes I've taken here the number is quite a bit higher, which is fine and you still get a good workout, but as far as personal preference I like somewhat smaller class so I think my future drop ins will be on Friday evenings or other nonconventional gym time where it won't be as crowded. That being said once you are broken into groups even if you are a newbie there is bound to be a regular in your group that will help you out should you need it. \n\nWhat I like about Real Results is you really get a full body workout in an hour so if it's something you want to commit to three or four times a week or if you are like me and just want to mix up your regular routine once in a while it's a great option. Besides the Real Cross Training Class they also offer Cardio, Boxing and Recovery."^^ . "2016-04-26T00:00:00"^^ . "5"^^ . . "3"^^ . "4"^^ .
